Hi!

Congratulations for taking steps to up your game and become a more evolved version of your current self! If you are a new client, in order to get the discounted rate of $190/hour, you are agreeing to weekly sessions for 3 months, or twice a month for 6 months. If you decide that you desire less time, or want to stop your sessions, you will be billed the difference for the remaining sessions in your contract at the single session rate of $225/hour.

Each session is 60 minutes in length and the session begins at the designated time. Late starts are not pro-rated or made up at the end. You are encouraged to be on time for yourself. If you feel like you want more time, you may extend your time in 15 minute increments, schedule providing. If your session goes over the 60 minutes, you will be billed for the next 15 minutes in addition to your session fee. This helps keep us on track and respectful of each other’s time.

Please note this policy change: In the past, there has been a 48 hour cancellation policty. For the remainder of 2019 and going forward, the policy will now be a 24 hour cancellation/re-scheduling time frame. In the event that you wish to cancel/re-schedule your session more than 3 times, then you will be moved to a 48 hour cancellation/re-scheduling window. If you cancel/re-schedule your session multiple times a month, please re-visit your desire and evaluate this commitment you made to yourself.

Remember that communication is a key to success. It may help to know what you would like to address in your session, and what you would ideally like to walk away with, whether it be a meditation, a physical practice, a perspecitve adjustment, encouragement, or just being able to sit in a non-judgemental, safe space for an hour. Transmission is often not immediately measurable, but is always present.
